Coena Hub lets network moderators facilitate the network. Network moderators add and remove members, define and manage product knowledge structures, publish marketing and sales information, and provide access to 3rd party services for members of the business network.
Coena Hub lets network moderators review and validate requests for membership, accept new members, and - if required - remove members from the network. The network moderator assigns different roles to members and provides members with different levels of membership.
Coena Hub provides product management tools for network moderators to define product knowledge structures and styles to capture product information. For example a product knowledge structure exists of names and unique id's, colors, sizes, materials, key characteristics and care instructions. Relationships between products are defined to enable product sets or recommendations. Network members use the product styles to enter or import their specific products. Or in a different user scenario, the network moderator defines the available products and then requests stock information from members.
Coena Hub lets network moderators publish product information in web-shops, e-commerce sites and on centralized marketplaces on behalf of business network members. Prospective customers can search and find products using almost any characteristic of the product, and then request quotations, place orders, track deliveries and receive electronic invoices.
Coena Hub lets network moderators connect members to 3d party services, such as logistics, sales, or financial services. Network members and moderators can order logistics services, arrange for pickups and deliveries, and track and trace packages. Network members can also order financial and insurance services if desired.
